10/100 UTP to Fast Ethernet Media Converters

The miniature miConverter 10/100 is a rate-switching copper UTP to fiber media converter that is ideal for cost-effective mobile laptop applications. The miConverter 10/100 provides plug-and-play set up with a UTP port that auto-detects the speed, duplex mode and crossover function of the connected device. The fiber port is available with SC or ST connectors and supports multimode, single-mode and single-fiber models. miConverters support 10Base-T, 100Base-Tx, 100Base-Fx and the IEEE 802.3 specification. The miConverter can be powered using an AC/DC adapter or directly from a USB port.
