Tom Kojima founded JTS Corporation and has served as Chief Executive Officer since November 2004. Prior to founding JTS, from 2000 to 2004, he was Managing Director of Paradyne Japan. He also held various senior management positions with NEC, NEC Canada, Uniden Europe, and Siemens. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kobe University.
